Residential building in 1860 included in the Catalogue of the Architectural Heritage of the City of Barcelona with important pathologies in the facade caused by corrosion of metallic elements specific to the construction of his time.

Being a historic facade at all times we work with the utmost respect with intent to value its high historical and architectural interest, not only in itself but as part of a building that articulates the Placeta d'en Marcús. We conducted a research project to document the original condition of the building, and took us to reproduce the materials and craftsmanship originating.

To this end, the balconies have been rebuilt, repaired and consolidated smooth surfaces with lime stucco dyed techniques applied white glaze with subtle attempt to clarify his face and acting as a mirror of light into the square and narrow streets of Old Town. Unitary solution is adopted for the hollow façade with shutters and recover the original stone ornaments.
