HMS

Student residence built partly using the modular system. This type of building can be constructed in urban environments with any type of density and can also be built exclusively with the modular system.

In this case, the residence is built around a central core which contains kitchens for individual use, living rooms and light wells that provide natural light and ventilation for the communal areas. There are two types of bedroom; bedrooms that share a bathroom with one other room that overlook the interior garden, and bedrooms with individual bathroom that overlook the street. The main communal areas are reception and the ground floor bar that gives service to the large garden, a first-floor solarium terrace and the roof-top swimming pool, the laundry room and a vending area.
