Project is designed for two brothers who share a lot between party walls facing the park of Sabadell. The division of the four-storey building is carried out vertically for the two brothers to have all the floors and the benefits of each of them. Due to the small distance between the party walls -less than 6 meters- it is not planned to divide each floor in the half of the facade, but different distribution types are done giving more space on a floor to one brother and to the other on the next floor. All this is solved with some stairs mounted one above the other asymmetrically and crossing the floor transversally, in order to reduce the space they occupy. Leaving the main spaces on façade free and enlightened.

The solution enables both dwellers to have their dwellings solved, from de garage to the terrace on the roof, totally independent understanding them now as detached houses.
