The project involves the construction of 5 semi-detached houses, situated in a small isolated district of the municipality of St. Guim de Freixenet.

The houses are solved on two floors: common areas are located on the ground floor and directly related to the backyards, while the rooms are located on the top floor. The stairs connect the two floors through a space of vertical relation between the different parts of the house. This space is enhanced by the introduction of a longitudinal skylight in the center of the house, thanks to the play with the deck planes.

Access to the houses is produced by the movement of the planes of the main facade in its depth. This movement allows not to go directly to the street, but to create an exterior transitional space. As the main facade shows a rather low density of holes, the back facade is more open because it faces a square with a little church and has a more peaceful and protected orientation thanks to the elevation difference between the square and the site.
