Rehabilitation of an old toy store to turn it into a hot dog shop. The former store was a shop with a wood flooring that raised the level of the pavement to the street's level. The project recovers the original height of the local to create a higher space. The slope provides a smooth motion to the activity and makes the space more dynamic so as not to be monotonous.

The project is then generated from a polished concrete ramp and with the aim of recovering the original finishes incorporating them to the new space, respecting the Catalan vault and the original stone walls. The end of the room opens to the block's inner courtyard to get daylight, and a side yard which is also used also to route the installations.
