MULTI-FAMILY BUILDING IN L’HOSPITALET

The project is based on the idea to construct a building containing three apartments and a commercial property in the town of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat.

In order to solve the problem posed by the small width of the plot and the fact that it is not a pass-through, the stairs are placed on one of the sides, aligned with a rear courtyard that will provide light and ventilation to the rooms furthest from the street.

The access from the street leads to the entrance of the apartments or to the commercial property, which has a mezzanine on the first floor. The apartments are organised around an open-plan space that groups together the living-dining room and kitchen, from which one can access the master bedroom. At the north end of the house, in relation to the courtyard, the bathroom and a second bedroom is located.
